You are being asked to participate in this research study because you self-identify as Arab American (here we identify this as identifying as Arab currently reside in the United States), Arab, or Iraqi, and you are between 18 and 25 years old. We are conducting this study to better understand the unique physical and mental health needs of Arab Americans youth and young adults in the Seattle metro area. The information that you provide us in this study will be used to make recommendations to the Iraqi Arab Health Board of Washington for the development of a youth-focused community program and be anonymously published in scholarly journals.

You will complete a questionnaire online and it must be taken start to finish once it is started (you cannot open and finish later). We expect it to take no longer than 15 minutes to complete. We hope to better understand the health needs of Arab American youth in Seattle. We hope to use what we learn from this study to help other Arab Americans by partnering with the Iraqi Arab Health Board of Washington. We do not expect there to be any risk to you as a participant in our study. You are not obligated to answer any question asked in this study that might make you feel uncomfortable.
Will I be paid for being in this study?
